Cancellation After Dispatch:

• Once an item has been dispatched or shipped, we generally do not allow cancellations.

• However, in exceptional cases where a cancellation is requested after dispatch, and we are able to stop the delivery or retrieve the item:

  • Shipping charges (including international shipping and return costs) will be deducted from the amount paid by the customer.

  • The remaining balance will be refunded to the original payment method once the item is safely returned and inspected.
