Cancellation Policy

At GemstoneIndia.com (Ads Local Media), every piece of jewelry is handmade with care and crafted especially for you. We understand that sometimes plans change, so we have outlined our cancellation policy clearly below:

1. Order Cancellation (Before Dispatch)

You may request a cancellation before your order has been dispatched/shipped.
To cancel your order, please email us immediately at hello@gemstoneindia.com with your order number.
If your order is still in the processing stage, we will cancel it and issue a full refund to your original payment method.

2. Cancellation After Dispatch

Once an order has been dispatched or shipped, cancellations are generally not permitted.
In exceptional cases where cancellation is still possible:
- Shipping charges (including international shipping and return costs) will be deducted.
- A refund for the remaining balance will be issued once the item is safely returned and inspected.

3. Non-Cancellable Items

Certain items cannot be cancelled once dispatched, including:

Custom or personalized items
Made-to-order jewelry designed specifically for you
Gift cards
Sale or discounted items

4. Important Notes

For international shipments, customs procedures and third-party logistics may limit our ability to cancel or retrieve packages after dispatch.
Please review your order details carefully before confirming, to avoid any inconvenience.
Refunds (where applicable) will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days after confirmation.
